The Carrivo car subscription is a simple alternative to leasing or buying. Choose your car online, select your term and mileage, and complete your booking in just a few minutes.

Your monthly price already includes registration, vehicle tax, third-party liability and comprehensive cover, maintenance, wear and tear, and seasonal tyres. You only cover your direct usage costs such as fuel or electricity, consumables like AdBlue or screen wash, and external expenses like tolls or parking – the typical things you'd simply expect to pay for when driving any car.

The entire process is digital: verify your driver's license on your smartphone and complete the credit check via secure Open Banking – instead of uploading payslips or paperwork. Quick, convenient and paperless.

With the Carrivo Car Subscription, almost all vehicle-related costs are already covered. You pay a fixed monthly fee, so there's very little to worry about.

Included:

• All-season tyres where suitable, or seasonal tyre changes if required
• Manufacturer's roadside assistance or roadside cover

You only pay for:

• Fuel or charging
• Tolls and parking
• Consumables such as AdBlue or screen wash

Good to know:

Your selected mileage package applies to the entire duration of your subscription – not to each individual month. If you drive a little more one month and a little less the next, that's absolutely fine. What matters is the total mileage at the end of your contract.

In addition to the monthly payment, a one-off vehicle preparation fee applies. It covers services such as vehicle preparation, internal logistics, registration and handover – in short, everything needed to make sure your vehicle is ready to drive from day one.

Booking your car subscription is fully online and only takes a few minutes:

1. Choose your vehicle at abo.carrivo.com.
2. Configure your car subscription, including your preferred mileage package and any optional extras.
3. Log in to your online banking so we can check whether the car subscription is affordable for your financial situation.
4. Verify your identity and driving licence online.
5. Add your payment method and complete your booking.
6. We'll review your details and get back to you within 48 hours.

What happens after I book?

1. We charge the one-time vehicle preparation fee. Once the payment has been received, we register your vehicle. Tip: Payments by credit card are processed around 10 days faster on average than direct debit payments.
2. You'll receive an email with a link to our online scheduling calendar, where you can choose your vehicle handover date and time. The earliest available handover is 16 days after your booking. If you choose vehicle delivery, you'll be able to select a four-hour delivery time slot.
3. At the same time, we charge your first monthly subscription payment.
4. Collect your vehicle and start driving.

Open Banking helps us assess your affordability quickly, fairly, and fully digitally – without paperwork or uploading payslips.

You simply log in securely through your bank once. The system reviews only relevant information, such as:

• whether you have regular income
• whether your monthly income covers your expenses
• and whether there are any unusual payment issues

This gives us a current and realistic picture of your financial situation, instead of relying on outdated or incomplete records.

Your data is encrypted, processed in line with strict data protection standards, and used solely for this affordability check. The result: a faster, simpler, and more transparent process – for you and for us.

Vehicles that are available immediately can usually be handed over within 3 to 4 weeks. If a vehicle will only be available at a later date, this will be clearly shown on the booking page, for example "Available from January" or "Available in 10 weeks".

We begin preparing your vehicle as soon as we have received the one-time vehicle preparation fee. Tip: Credit card payments are received on average more than 10 days faster than direct debit payments.

The registration authorities require up to 16 days to register your vehicle. During this time, we prepare it for handover.

You choose your preferred handover date during the booking process. The earliest available date is 3 weeks after booking, giving us enough time to complete the registration and prepare your vehicle.
