In the event of a breakdown, please contact the manufacturer’s roadside assistance first.
You’ll find the relevant phone number inside the vehicle (for example in the sun visor, the vehicle handbook or the infotainment system). Your vehicle also includes roadside assistance cover (Schutzbrief). If further support is required, we’ll be happy to help you organise the next steps.
