Open Banking instead of SCHUFA: We use secure Open Banking to provide a real-time look at your financial situation. If our automated check isn’t enough, don't worry, we’ll personally review your case to find a solution. We proudly welcome young drivers and first-time subscribers.
Step 3: Protection & Payment Options
Drive with total peace of mind. Every subscription includes comprehensive cover. If there’s damage, your costs are limited to an agreed excess. We handle the claims and the liability insurance, it's all built into your monthly fee. You can also, optionally, reduce your excess at checkout.
Currently, you can choose between credit card or direct debit for your monthly payments.
Step 4: Data Protection & Security
Your data is processed in compliance with the GDPR.

Step 5: Vehicle handover & use
A clear pickup process with a transparent handover checklist. The vehicle is ready to drive immediately - you take it over and can set off right away.

We’ll inspect the vehicle together to document its condition, and you’ll receive the report via email right after.

With a Carrivo car subscription, everything is clearly defined: what’s included and what isn’t. You determine the costs yourself - for example, through your vehicle choice, mileage package, or optional comfort packages. Additional costs (e.g. for new drivers) are shown transparently in the Costs & Extras overview and during the booking process. Damages are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Carrivo stands for efficiency and clarity in a fully digital journey. The ordering and approval process is completely paperless; approval usually takes place within 48 hours (slightly longer on weekends and public holidays if applicable). Handover and return reports, damage notifications, and support - digital, simple, and fast.
